this means that damage taken by your shield after it reaches 25% is less likely to damage your armor and at lvl 5 will not damage your armor untill your shield is at 0%.

On 1 of my accounts I can log in and do whatever I want just fine... On my other... It takes about 30 minutes to login then when I finally get the char loaded (15 mins) I can't change skill... my BS lvl 5 skill says "Completion Eminent" and won't...
